Boston.com kigger nærmere på hvordan holdene i AFC East klarede sig i draften anno 2006.
Jets: Bill Belichick and Bill Parcells taught their students well. Perhaps too well for their own long-term good.
Patriots: ...considering what they did at the top, especially maneuvering a trade to get ahead of the Broncos and ensure they'd get Jackson, this was a good weekend spent bringing in reinforcements in two key offensive areas and finding a third tight end to replace the departed Christian Fauria.
Dolphins: The success or failure of Nick Saban's second NFL draft as a head coach will not be decided by any of the players he drafted but rather by Culpepper, the injured Minnesota quarterback who was obtained for a second-round pick before the draft.
Bills: They did get value in the third round when they took cornerback Ashton Youboty, an Ohio State player many scouts felt was a second-round value. That being the case, the Bills managed to get two second-round picks. Unfortunately, they made one of them a first-round choice.
